Ready Resources is a Local Pilbara business founded in Newman where we have been operating for some 10 years and still maintains an office based within Newman, in 2015 we set up our head office in Perth 2015 to facilitate business growth and future development opportunities of our company. Our senior management team have more than 250 years of combined hands-on experience within the Pilbara mining industry in both the Mechanical and Electrical fields. Now employing over 300 personnel within our operations throughout the State. We provide numerous various trade qualified personnel, such as Heavy Diesel Mechanics, High Voltage Electricians, Light Vehicle Mechanics, Auto Electricians, Boilermakers, Line borers, SAP Planners and Schedulers, Maintenance leaders, Supervisors, Draftspersons (electrical and mechanical). We undertake Maintenance and Shut down services for both fixed plant and mobile mining equipment. Our company pride ourselves upon our safety and quality of our service delivery to all our client’s, we have current full accredited certification in ISO standards and systems in Quality 9001-2015, Environmental 1401-2015 and Safety 45001-2018. We continually seek improvement within our scope of operations to ensure that we can deliver a professional and cost-efficient service to all our clients. We have further developed our relationships with our major clients including Large Mining Companies plus local and state government department (Department of Finance, Venues West) ensuring that we are able to expand our operational capability and broaden our field of operations into the future. Ready Resources is registered with ARC (Australian Refrigeration Council); and holds accredited status for the purpose of being able to provide Airconditioning and Maintenance services to our mining clients. This has been achieved by having a solid financial grounding and setting performance levels that not only meet our client’s expectations but surpasses them. We have achieved this by ensuring that we continually monitor our clients’ needs and contract specifications for early identification of any evidence of non-conformance and early placement of corrective actions when needed. All our employees are subject to a rigorous recruitment process to ensure that they meet both company and client’s requirements with full reference checking, medicals, and drug testing process before being employed with follow up performance reviews being conducted.
